These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BaliDeals.deals (the "website"), operated from Australia by BaliDeals ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

BaliDeals.deals is an independent travel information, inspiration and comparison website for Australians travelling to Bali. We publish guides, destination content, indicative pricing and links to third-party booking providers.

We are not an airline, hotel, villa operator, tour operator, transfer company, travel agent or travel insurer. We are not a party to any booking you make. We do not hold an ATAS accreditation because we do not sell travel. We do not take bookings, issue tickets, hold funds or process payments of any kind.

Every booking is made directly with the relevant provider, on their website, under their contract with you.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this website. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial travel research.

You must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content, pricing or images from the website without our written permission;
• interfere with the website's operation, security or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through our forms;
• use the website to send spam, or to collect personal information about other users; or
• frame, resell, republish or present our content as your own, or use it to train automated or machine-learning systems without permission.

When you click a booking link you leave this website. Any booking you make forms a contract solely between you and that provider. Their terms of sale, deposit rules, cancellation policy, change fees, refund rules, baggage rules and conditions of carriage apply — not ours.

We do not control and are not responsible for a provider's availability, pricing, performance, service standards, cancellations, delays, overbooking, insolvency, or the accuracy of the information they publish. Any dispute about a booking must be raised with that provider directly.

We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any provider listed. Inclusion on this website is not a recommendation of suitability for your circumstances.

Prices shown on this website are indicative only, are typically "from" prices for the cheapest available date, room type or vehicle class, and are subject to change and availability without notice. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise, and currency conversions are approximate.

Indicative prices may exclude taxes, resort or service fees, Indonesian government levies, card surcharges, baggage, seat selection, insurance and other charges added by the provider at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown by the provider at the point of payment.

We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but travel details change constantly. Always confirm prices, inclusions, availability, schedules, transfer times and operating hours with the provider before booking.

The Bali Holiday Planner and any budget, itinerary or comparison tools on this website produce general suggestions and estimates based on the inputs you provide. They are illustrative only, are not a quote, and do not reserve, hold or guarantee anything. Actual costs and availability will differ. Do not rely on these outputs as the sole basis for a booking decision.

Information about visas, visa on arrival, e-VOA, the Bali tourist levy, customs, vaccines, weather and safety is general information only, is not legal, medical or financial advice, and may change at short notice.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient validity, correct visas and entry documentation, and appropriate travel insurance. Always check the Australian Government's advice at smartraveller.gov.au and the requirements published by Indonesian authorities and your airline before travelling.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues to apply.
