Nusa Islands

Nusa Penida, Bali

A rugged offshore island of cliff lookouts, snorkelling and dramatic coastline.

About Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida lies about 45 minutes by fast boat from Sanur. It is far less developed than mainland Bali, with unsealed roads in places and long transfer times between sights. The draw is the coastline: Kelingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach and Diamond Beach, plus manta ray snorkelling at Manta Point. Most Australians visit as a long day trip, though staying one or two nights avoids the midday crowds.
